Old Testament contains progressively evolving revelations of God

The Old Testament of the Holy Bible initially states that
man is responsible for the deeds of his children as well.
Later, It says that although man is responsible for the deeds of his children as well,
the children are also responsible for their own deeds.
Much later still, It says that man is responsible only for his own deeds
and his children are responsible only for their own deeds.
Thus, It contains 'revelations of God evolving progressively over Time'.
