Serving with love everyone during the day is preparation for meditation in the evening

Neighbour is a person with whom we come in contact each day.
We may serve every neighbour every moment.
This cleanses our awareness of differences.
And thus, true love may begin to sprout.
Thus, our minds are prepared for meditation, when we retire for the day.

Kundalini Meditation

1 Chanting 'He am I', lift the serpent energy from the root chakra through the reason and will chakras to the heart chakras and merge it there.
2 Chanting 'I am He', lift the serpent energy from the heart chakra through the purity and brow chakras to the crown chakra and merge it there.
Repeat this process for 10 minutes, take a break for 5 minutes then.
Repeat this session of 15 minutes, at least thrice in the morning and night.
That is, perform kundalini meditation for 3/4 an hour both in the morning and night.

Secret of learning

When our minds dwell on something,
"needles" form out of our minds
and position themselves over our brains.
These needles accesses the grooves in our brains.

If these needles find memories pertaining to that something,
we then comprehend that thing with reference to those memories.
If not, these needles start making grooves in our brains,
causing discomfort to our brains,
thereby making them resist our learning about that new thing.
Then, we may persuade our minds to dwell
on that new thing "intermittently",
thereby makes the learning about that new thing enjoyable.

We may repeat 'I-I' inwardly.

We may repeat 'I-I'inwardly,
during our daily works.
This will turn our minds inward
and also reduce their contents.

Accept both work and free-time as being from God

When work comes to us, we can accept it as coming from God.
We can do the work for the sake of God.
When we abide without work, we can accept it also as coming from God.
We can utilise the free-time for meditating on God.

We must choose our spiritual preceptor

We must choose our spiritual preceptor.
This is particularly so,-
1 if we believe in the system of spiritual preceptor-disciple, and
2 when we belong to a religion of
"many spiritual preceptors", like say, Hinduism.

We must choose our Deity

We must choose a deity for adoration.
This is particularly so, if we belong to
a religion of "many gods", like say Hinduism.
